AM623: Does AM623x support 64G eMMC?

As far as I know, AM62 should be also support 64GB eMMC, no size limition

Is it correct?

Thanks you for the query.

The AM62x eMMC Host controller is compliant with the JEDEC eMMC 5.1. It should support eMMC memories that are compliant with the eMMC 5.1 (which standard covers eMMC memories with 64 GB capacity).

The below thread shows 64GB eMMC memory is supported by the AM6442 eMMC 5.1 compatible host controller:

From below thread there seems to be no SW changes needed to use larger eMMC sizes on AM62x:
