Decode and Display AES encrypted stream

Hi All,

I am new to OMAP4xxx processor. I am working on a project where i need to receive and display an AES encrypted stream. I have read in the datasheet that OMAP4460 has integrated encryption engine in to it. But i can not find any detailed information/ datasheet for the same.

Can anyone help me with the same where can i look for video stream decryption on OMAP4460 ?

    Chirag,

    You can use a SW based AES encryption/decryption option. If you are looking for better performance on this operations, OMAP4 does have HW acceleration support for this, but access to the related information and SW is restricted to licensed users.

    If you are accessing the TRM/Data Sheet from the public TI site it will not include the details of the TI Cryptography Accelerators.  This information is in the "OMAP4430 Cryptographic Addendum" -  SWPU214.

      For this you will need to have an NDA agreement with TI including access permissions to the  High Secuity (HS)  device. Please contact your TI representative.
