TDA4VM-Q1: 12bpp CSI packed data RAM usage

Hi,

1. There is a configuration for the CSI to store 12bpp as 12bit in the memory.Does it mean if I send 1824 x 1536 resolution video data and per line of video will take 1824 x 12b of data or it will strided to 16b ot 32b ?

2. if I store it in 12b stride with no padding ,can this be accessed by ISP in same format without rounding to 16 or 32 divisible ?

we are checking for option to avoid padding for a 12bpp storage ,let us know if there is any 2way to reduce the resource utilization

It should be saved as 12 bit. You can read section 12.7.1.4.5 CSI_RX_IF Data Memory Organization Details of the TRM for examples.
