We need maximum allowable ambient operating temperature of the subjected evaluation board (SK-AM62P-LP) for thermal qualification , Kindly provide the data as soon as possible

    Hi,

    Thanks for using E2E. We do not specify the ambient temperature of the SoC and EVM because it is highly dependent on the power consumption for the specific use case under test. I recommend testing your software use case to evaluate the highest ambient temp at which the SoC reaches a junction temperature of approximately 125C.
