Hi champs,
I am asking this for our customer.
The user can use post-build with Rebuild Project correctly.

But the user notice when using Build Project, the post-build steps are not executed.
Is there any method to solve this?

The post build step will only run during an incremental build if there is something that needs to be rebuilt. If the project is "up to date", meaning there is nothing to rebuild (the project didn't change), then the post build step will not be run.
Some customers in the past have done some interesting workaround like deleting an object file or playing with timestamps to force CCS to always "build" the project.
Note that CCS 20 has something called executable actions:
These can be configured to ALWAYS run some command after a build. This would be a good solution for the customer if they are willing to move to CCS 20.
Thanks
