Part Number: AM5746
I have a customer having difficulty sourcing eMMC NAND FLASH, and they are looking to substitute large memory devices which may be easier to source. The question came up about whether or not there is a limit to the size of eMMC FLASH that can be supported. The following was found in the TRM:

We are interpretting this as more of a sofware limit, such as a FAT file system not being able to access beyond 32GiB, but that the hardware can otherwise work with larger eMMC NAND devices, including if deploying a FAT file system, so long as the FAT partion size (and possibly offset + size) doesn't exceed the FAT limits
Looking for confirmation.
Thanks,
Stuart
