SK-AM62: Inquiry Regarding Reference Schematic and EVK Documentation

Hi team,
 
We are using a schematic (  PROC142A  ) shared by TI as a reference for our custom hardware design. We would like to know the exact name of the EVK and the related documentation details.

    Please confirm the package of interest and also the memory type you would want to interface (DDR4 or LPDDR4).

    Hi Sreenivasa,

    The package of interest is AM62x - ALW. We have not yet finalized the memory, but it will most likely be LPDDR4.

    Currently, we are using the SK-AM62-LP ( PROC124E2 ) for application development. However, for our custom hardware design, we are referring to the PROC142A schematic because it uses the ALW package SoC.

    We would like to know the EVK name corresponding to this hardware so that we can continue our development in parallel and make the necessary updates according to the new schematic.

    Thank you.

    SK-AM62B-P1 is the SK for ALW package.

    In case LPDDR4 is choose, for the LPDDR4 interface SK-AM62-LP has to be used.
