When can I download the DM6467 720p Encoder version 01.21.00.02

Hi all,

The link :http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/multimedia_software_codecs/f/356/t/98518.aspx

said Ti will release the DM6467 encoder version 01.21.00.02.

I wanna konw when can I download it;

because i have difficulties in dealing with problems , I need encode H264 using Ti's 720pCodec(not 1080pVersion) to generate multiple slices based on number bytes per slice ,The 1080pCodec can do that ,but for me it is not proper.
