In datasheets of MSPM0L130x and MSPM0L110x in chapter "Device Factory Constants" the USERID field with PART and VARIANT information are listed. But these information are missing for RTR ( WQFN16 ) is missing. For all other cases the VARIANT information is given. I require the VARIANT information for RTR types. Thank you
