SM320F28335-EP: Radiation Data/Characterization and ESD Classification

I am looking for any radiation effect data for the subject part or any similar device made on the same fab line (180 nm CMOS). I need Total Dose, Neutron/Proton, Heavy Ion, Nuclear Dose Rate, SEE from Heavy Ions/Protons/neutrons, or any other radiation test that may have been performed. I would also like the ESD classification to the Human Body Model.

For the HBM we can re-use the ratings from the automotive variant of this device:

For radiation effect data, I am un-aware of any radiation testing performed on the 180nm FMOS technology node in general or this device specifically or data we have available to share.
