Hello TI's community,
I'm pretty new on this forum so I hope you have some patient with me :D.
Right now I'm working on a R&D project in which I have to make use of the TMS320C6670 DSP to make some data processing (FFT), I'm now more familiar with the device and the way one have to code it in order to make it work properly (not an expert tho). On the other hand, I own a PandaBoard rev. A3 powered by an OMAP4430 processor which I'm planning to use to plot the data generated.
I've been studying intensively the DSP and I found out it is possible to make a chip-to-chip communication at Gbps rate using the SRIO peripheral it has integrated.
My question is, does the OMAP4430 processor has an srio peripheral integrated as well?, if not, ¿Does the PandaBoard has it?, if not, ¿Do I need an external peripheral and attach it to the pandaboard so I can carry out the idea I have?, if not ¿What kind of protocol do you recommend me?
Sorry I'm asking so many questions, but I've been looking on the forums and also on the internet without success.
Hope you can give a hand.
Regards
Andrés
