DBGEM on AM335x

Hi,

I'm looking for information how to enable DBGEN on the Cortex-A8 core of AM335x. 

Similar like it is described for  AM/DM37x in TRM (SPRUGN4O, section 26.6.5, page 3613): 

"The DBGEM signal on the Cortex-A8 is driven by setting bit 13 at address 0x5401 D030 in the DAP-APB address space. "
