C6678 Power On Sequence timing

hi all,

the power on sequence is CVDD --> CVDD1 --> DVDD18 --> DVDD15; but it doesn't mention how long after CVDD on, then the CVDD1 can be turnned on.  if there is any one know what is the min and max time between each power rail turn on.
