Hello TI Support Team,

I am writing to request an update on my software access request for the AM275-AWE-SDK (Audio Weaver SDK).

My request has been "In Review" since February 17th (16 days ago). I am currently planning the purchase of the AUDIO-AM275-EVM evaluation module, but I cannot proceed with the project or the hardware order until I have confirmed access to the necessary development tools.

Could you please check the status of my export compliance review and escalate it? This is critical for our project timeline.

    Hello Mike,

    Please note that the AM275-AWE-SDK requires pre-approval with our partner DSP Concepts in order to provide access to the SDK. The AM275-FREERTOS-SDK is public and accessible by anyone for development.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    I have just followed your advice and contacted DSP Concepts to request the necessary pre-approval for the AM275-AWE-SDK.

    Furthermore, I have just purchased the AUDIO-AM275-EVM via an authorized distributor (DigiKey) to begin development immediately.

    I will update this ticket as soon as I hear back from DSP Concepts. Please keep this request open so we can finalize the SDK access once the approval is granted.
