Can I use XDS100v2 with AM387x?

I've been successfully using CCSv4 with XDS100v2 on OMAP-L138.  Now I need to work with a new AM3872 design.  When I try to connect, I'm told that the device ID is not recognized.

How can I enable this - what do I need to download/install/buy??

Note: I can see DM8148 (==AM387x) support files in my installation, so I'm a bit confused why it's not working.

    Hi Gary,

    AM387x support in XDS100v2 emulator is available from version: 4.2.2.00033. More information on the same can be found here:

    My suggestion would be moving onto CCSv5.
