Good day,

would like to request a support for the excel sheet sprujb1a.

by just to open the excel sheet it shows some correct precalculated values, as soon i start to do something by my slef the results are not correct, even if i press reset-Button, then populate use case and then calculate the results are not correct!

please check and give me some hints how to use..

Hi Oleg,

This doesn't match our results/expectations. Can you summarize what version of windows/excel you are using? Just to set expectations ... it's not likely that we can replicate your exact PC setup but would like to know your setup in case it is old/strange.

Can you try using a different PC/excel version as a sanity check?

Hi Oleg,

Sanity check ... you need to "enable macros" when excel opens the file. Are you doing that?

Dear Kyle,

In the meantime, I performed a completely fresh installation of Windows and the Office package, and I am now getting reliable results. So I can continue working without issues.

I have also informed our IT team, as this seems to be important.
