TDA4VEN-Q1: Noise countermeasures

We are developing a prototype board referenced from the J722S EVM.

For the purpose of noise countermeasures, we are considering connecting 2.2kohm pull-down resistors to the following signals, but is this okay?

- EN_CORE_BUCK
- EN_3V3_VIO

We are concerned about whether this will affect power-on operation.

I don't think adding a 2.2k-ohm resistor to either signal will impact power-on operation. Please test to confirm/verify - as TI has not tested this configuration.

Are there no issues on the control side?
By adding a 2.2kΩ pull-down, is there any possibility that the 3.3V DCDC and LDSW cannot be enabled during the expected sequence?

Some of the GPIO are used to select various PMIC configuration modes - and those GPIO you do have to be careful adding external components. See Link

However - GPIO5 (EV_CORE_BUCK) is not used in that manner. It is also configured for Push-Pull - so should be OK adding pull-down.

EN_3V3_VIO is source from LDO output, so no issue adding small load to LDO output.
