Android application (SIP client) not using RJ45 as default network interface on OMAP EVM board running Android ginger bread 2.3

Hi,

We are usng OMAP EVM board running Android 2.3  ( prebuilt images TI-Android-GingerBread-2.3.4-DevKit-2.1.). The board has RJ45 ethernet interface and does not have a Wifi module. When SIP client application is run on the board, it does not attempt to use RJ45 network interface to register to SIP server. Tried with several SIP clients (SIPdemo, linphone, CSimple). It seems it seems it is  not able to find network interface even though RJ45 interface is UP and SIP client is configured to use network interface other than Wifi/3G.

Any configuration available on Android ginger bread 2.3 to select/enable RJ45 ethernet as default network interface? suggestion would be helpful.

regards,

Ananth
