TDA4VM: Selection and availability of Component

Part Number: TDA4VM

Our design is based on the J721EXSKG01EVM, which uses the now-obsolete Micron MT53D1024M32D4DT SDRAM. Can you suggest a current, pin-compatible alternative that is readily available in the market?

    Hi,

    In general, we recommend that customers reach out directly to the memory supplier for recommended replacement parts. 

    However, the Micron website currently shows that MT53E1G32D2FW is currently in production. MT53E1G32D2FW should be a suitable replacement for MT53D1024M32D4DT.
