Hi ,

We need to select a suitable SoC (System-on-Chip) for an IP HD Video Phone. The general requirements are as follows:

  • CPU: Quad-core ARM Cortex-A5x (e.g., A53 or A55).
  • VPU: A Video Processing Unit with hardware decoding and encoding support for H.264 and H.265 codecs.
  • ISP: An Image Signal Processor with hardware acceleration capabilities.
  • Display Interface: 4-lane MIPI-DSI.
  • Camera Interface: 4-lane MIPI-CSI.
  • Ethernet: A native Gigabit Ethernet port (with an integrated MAC).
  • Audio Interface: I2S and/or PCM interfaces for audio codecs.
  • AI Accelerator (Optional): A light-duty NPU (Neural Processing Unit) for AI tasks is a desirable but optional feature."
