file system mounting problem (file system is EXT3 which is present on MMC Card partition 2)

The MMC CARD is partition into 2  parts  and the 2ed one is for file system which as a EXT3.

u-boot parameters :

bootargs=console=ttyO2,115200n8 rootwait rw mem=128M earlyprintk root=/dev/mmcblk0p2 rootfstype=ext3 ip=off noinitrd

The ERROR Log  :
