SK-AM62A-LP: Tiovx TIDL documentation

Hello,

The 'main' application for edgeai-tiovx-apps is complex due to its modular nature. There are several 'test' applications in edgeai-tiovx-apps, including a few that run deep learning with TIDL and the associated postprocessing using TIOVX nodes -- please find [1] and [2]. These are more parseable by human eyes while you're building the application

The jacinto RTOS documentation for TIOVX and TIDL is valid for AM62A as well -- they use the same software components. See the TIOVX user guide [3] for general TIOVX docs. 

The sTIDL_IOBufDesc_t struct is relevant [5] as are some of the kernels documented within vision_apps for pre/post processing [4]

Some of the same documents are available within the AM62A Firmware Builder (available upon approved request from the main AM62A SDK page), but since this is not completely public, the user guides do not have a public link like the j7 devices
