Hi Team ,

 

Does AM620-Q1 support the TPM on chip? if not , suggest the discreat TPM  module.

    Hello Shubham Vadnal,

    Thank you for the query.

    The AM62x processor family of device are HS-FS and the eFuse can be written to convert HS-FS to HS-SE.

    I suspect this is similar to the TPM but integrated into the processor.

    A LDO based VPP supply needs to be implemented On-Board or can be supplied from an external source controlled by SOC IO
