TDA4VEN-Q1: How to disable the periodic train function of DDR

Now, under high temperatures, when the watchdog is turned on and the dog is fed at a fixed time every one second, the system will automatically restart after 32 seconds. Is this time related to this DDR parameter;

Now I want to turn off the temperature sensor detection and restart to verify;

As previously indicated, the J722S DDR register configuration tool (version 0.12.0 or earlier) does not make use of parameter tTSI because periodic reads of MR4 are disabled. 

I also do not see how this has any correlation to your system automatically restarting after 32 seconds.

Since the problem cannot be located, I'm thinking about which DDR configurations are associated with the system restart. Could you provide a few register configurations for reference? I'll modify them to see if they work.

A system restart is not indicative of anything related to DDR.

If it has nothing to do with DDR, then is it related to the internal mechanism of the SOC?

The current situation is like this: as long as you turn on the watchdog to feed the dog (the default timeout is 60 seconds), feed the dog in a 1-second cycle. At room temperature, the system automatically restarts in about a few minutes. In a high-temperature environment, the cpu temperature is approximately 80 degrees, and at this time, the system restart is fixed at 32 seconds.
