problem about EMIFA at TMS320DM648

i am beginer of dm648,

The problem is no signal  on the pin of ACE2、AOE and #ASDWE .

The information is

1.AECLKOUT (pin)is ok,=SYSCLK4/8.

2.

CE2CFG(register)=0x621510a9；

BPRIO(register)=0x00000000；

PINMUX(register)=0x28000；

MDCTL[25](register)==0x103;

3.

write 0x12345678 at address 0xa0000000 to start  EMIFA signal .but no signal on the pin of ACE2、AOE and #ASDWE .

So,should i configure other register?or do another thing?please tell me .

    Nowadays, I am using DM648, I want to control the flash, but it does not work. When I wirte and read the flash address 0xA0000000, the ACE2n is always high. The regs about EMIFA are configed same with the EVMDM648 board, PSC, MUX, Clock, Bus width, CE2CFG=0x3FFFFFFD. How did you solve the program? How can I do it next? Thanks.
