AM3358: PCB Artwork issue

Hi, I purchased a BEAGL-BONE-GRN-ECO and I also went to the design files and downloaded the schematic and pcb files for orcad. When I try to open the pcb, I get the error that I have attached to this question. I have version 23 of the software tool and it looks like I need the PCB file saved in a version that this tool accepts. Version 3 many versions from 23 so wondering if you can help with that. Thanks.

No the issue isn't resolved. When I try to open the PCB from the manufacturing support package slvmeh1 I still get the error message I have attached here. The schematic opens fine. I still get the same error message from the original post.
