AM5746: Please provide the latest information regarding the discontinuation of the FCCSP package.

Q1. When will this device be completely discontinued?
Q2. What is the deadline by which customers should make a decision to secure devices through a last-buy order?
Q3. Is a PCN scheduled to be issued?

    1. PCN issuance: Sep ’26 (forecasted only)
      • Type: Retire and Replace
      • Duration: 6 month + 6 month for ship. Total 12 month
    2. If PCN in 09/30/26, then:
      • Deadline customer can submit the LTB order for current package (ABZ): PCN issuance + 6m:  LTB deadline is 03/30/27
      • This device will be completely discontinued when the PCN expires, 09/29/27
