Can you confirm the following 

PMIC is able to start-up and all the supplies are available

The PMIC is able to sequence the 3.3V SYS supply 

TP158 - PORz is high 

TP34 - PORz_out is high 

TP64 - RESETSTATz is high

TP215 - can you please measure 25M clock - 1.8V 

Looks like WKUP_CLKOUT0 does not have a TP fanned out. Please add a TP in the next revision.

TP215 - can you please measure 25M clock - 1.8V  --> Tested TP215 is measured frequency is 25MHz and Amplitude is 1.8V

R1044, R1045, R1046 and R1047 and perform boot tests  ---> Removed R1044, R1045, R1046 and R1047

we are not receiving any data on UART0 (Console_txd & Console _rxd). Please look on this.

PMIC output supplies are all Ok.

We are using the following boot configuration:
B[0:15]=0b 1101 0010 0111 0100

We are trying to eMMC boot and UART boot as backup boot mode.

Given the IO leakage 100K pulldown looks high.

Can you please measure the voltage at the bootmode inputs.

Please populate EMU pullups R1101 and R1102 and do a check

The JTAG interface signals pullups are recommended to be populated. Please refer SOC data sheet pin connectivity section.

Bootmode voltage is 3.215V with 100K resistor.

do we need to change the 100k resistor if yes then what's the value?

Please check for low as well as high configuration. 

Can you please try installing (populating) 10K on EMU0 and EMU1 and test before changing the bootmode resistor value.

Populate EMU0..EMU1 resistors 10K and test

Also measure the boormode pin 00..15 voltages for analysis.

I see EMU0 configured to work as a GPIO.

This is not allowed.

Please ensure any connection to EMU0..EMU1 as below is disconnected.

JTAG_EMU0/GPIO
This pin cannot be used as GPIO
Ensure all the connections are DNI

EMU0..EMU1 is expected to be pulled up and controlled through JTAG as required.

EMU0 and EMU1 added pullup(10K) and no other connection is there for EMU0.

boot mode pin voltages are

00-3.2V,01-3.2V,02-00,03-3.2V,04-00,05-00,06-3.2V,07-00,08-00,09-3.2V,10-3.2V,11-3.2V,12-00,13-3.2V,14-00,15-00

After making the above changes, can you configure the primary boot as UART boot and do a check.

Can you confirm the UART interface is correct.

You can do a loopback test of the external UART interface.

Regarding the bootmode pin configuration resistor value, you can leave the values on the board for these samples that are build.

For the next board build, please change 100K to 47K and pullup to 2K to minimize current draw as well as ensuring the voltage level.

Added Pull Up for EMU1, SoC_TDI, SoC_TMS,SoC_TCK, SoC_TDO and Pull down for SoC_TRST# (all are 10K)
