I had this Guide, but i want to have more informations about Root Complex mode,

for example,  what's the difference between this mode and Endpoint mode?

Mohammed,

You need to setup the device in Root Complex mode or Endpoint mode depending on the role of the PCIe device in your system. The Root Complex is the Host of the PCIe network. As shown in figure 2-1 in the PCIe User Guide, the Root Complex  connects the processor and memory subsystem to the PCI Express network. The Root Complex can then connect to other PCIe endpoint devices or switches.
