Does DM3730 support 4k page nand?

From table 26-32 of TRM of DM3730, DM3730 can support 4k page nand.

My nand is MT29F4G16ABBEAH4 from Micron.  I can read ID byte0, byte1, byte2, byte3, byte4 and parameter page(256 bytes).  The data is matched datasheet of this nand.  However, I tried to read spare area for indication of bad block.  I always get bad block, '0x0000'.  Did anyone face this situation?  I found similar case from 'http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/sitara_arm174_microprocessors/f/416/t/150736.aspx'.
