TDA4VH-Q1: Can TDA4VH-Q1 support 4*16GB DDR?

The customer is evaluating TDA4VH-Q1, and the DEMO board DDR supports a maximum of 32GB (4 * 8GB). The customer's requirement is 64GB, so they want to change it to 4 * 16GB. Can the underlying bootloader, DDR controller init config, timing and other parameters of TDA4VH-Q1 support 4 * 16GB?

    Hi,

    No, each DDRSS can support up to 8GB of memory across 2 ranks. Thus, TDA4VH can support a max 32GB LPDDR4 memory when using all 4x DDRSS. It is not possible to achieve more than 32GB LPDDR4 memory.
