TMDS62LEVM: CCS debug fail with error

Hi,

I building the gpio_led_blink example, from FreeRTOS SDK for AM62Lx = 11.00.00.05, on a TMDS62LEVM with CCS 20.5.0.28.

The EVM is powered and is booting linux from an SD card ok.

I then build the blinky example with no errors and start debug with: Run -> Debug Project.  This is always generating the following error.

"CortexA53_0: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Finish Auto Run" at 0x820018d8: (Error -2042 - (0:28:6)) Unable to set/clear requested breakpoint. Verify that the breakpoint address is in valid memory. (Emulation package 20.5.0.3902) 
CortexA53_0: Breakpoint Manager: Retrying with a AET breakpoint"

I check the target config, am62l.ccxml advanced settings, test connections and get "scan-test has succeeded" prior to attempt to debug.

Please advise any further steps I can take to resolve this problem.
