MSPM0L1105: MSPM0 - Product family part number breakdown

Part Number: MSPM0L1105

Hi, 

I am looking for a table/document that outlines a part number breakdown for the MSPM0 range - either by table or description - either all together, or a table per sub group.  Can you provide a link where I can find this information?

The only information I can find that is similar is in slaae67 (however this has not been updated since December 2022, only includes the L and G  range, and does not include all part numbers)

Previously when using the MSP430 devices TI provided a simple part number break down, this allowed for easy comparison to determine which products may suit different applications.
