HI experts

We have tuned the ISP of TDA4VM by following the application note “AM6xA ISP Tuning Guide”.

Now we are planning to work on the ISP tuning for TDA4VH.  Is there any difference in the tuning procedure, or can we follow the same tuning guide and process that we used previously?

    Yes, you may follow the same tuning procedure.
    The same tuning for TDA4VM should work on TDA4VH in the same way.

    To be clear, there are 3 different versions of VPAC.

    • TDA4VM: VPAC1
    • TDA4VH: VPAC3
    • AM62A: VPAC3L

    There are some H/W differences between these versions and you may refer to the TRMs for detail.
    If you just would like to repeat the same tuning previously done on TDA4VM, then you don't need to worry about the H/W difference.
