In AM68 development kit .In SOM board proc131e2 which microcontroller ic is used.

If I am using IC AM6852ATGGHAALZR in location u3 is ok.

Yes - U3 is the processor reference designator. Yes - PROC131E2 is the correct design for the processor module.

Dear team in BOM u3 is XJ721S25AALZ ,

my question is that if I use AM6852ATGGHAALZR at u3 location for the same circuit proc131e2 ,will it work ?

Yes - the devices mentioned are footprint compatible.

It means I can use AM6852ATGGHAALZR at location u3 replacing XJ721S25AALZ in circuit proc131e2 . Will it be ok.?
