CODECOMPOSER: No Device and Board for DRA821U in Code composer

Hi

I'm trying to create a new project for DRA821U in CodeComposer (the one based on VSCode)

When I try to create a new project and select "Device and Board" to "DRA821U" there is not available board / devcice to select in other windows.

In this main window I can only see "Select a Device or Board from the filter at the top or change your selection"

The same happens for "JacintoTm 7 common processor board (J721EXCPXEVM)"

How can I fix this? 

Is CodeComposer designed for CPU debugging? If so - what debugger should I use?
