   Is the patch you provided the latest one? Could you please tell me the difference?

   We will try the patch you provided.

I suppose the content is the same. The patch I provided is from our internal git.

   Can we use the patch you provided on SDK 10.01.10.04 and SDK 11.01.07.05?

I suppose so. no other commit ID for the issue "timestamp loss due to race conditions".
