modulo_time_base alway fixed to 0 on DM365

Hi All:

modulo_time_base always fixed to 0 on DM365 and it supposed to increment when vop_time_increment rolls over from the standard, any one who can help on this?

Just to confirm, this query is about the VICP based MPEG4 Encoder, correct?

Yes, it's MPEG4 Encoder on DM365
