Is there any major change in TMDXEVM6678L rev 1 vs rev 2?

Hi, the schematic I downloaded from Advtantech.com is rev 1, but the latest rev of the EVM is rev 2. What's the difference?

I assume you mean 101-1 and 102-1 Schematic versions. Which corresponds to 0.5 and 1.0 Revisions of the EVMs. The 'EVM Known Issues' for each version of the EVM (see support and download for the EVM revision link for the relevant EVM version) on Advantech's C6678 EVM page has these details.
