For the AM625 / AM623 Starter Kit (EVM) with (AM6204BTGFHIALWRQ1), we have customized the design according to our requirements and replaced the LPDDR with IS46LQ16512B-053BLA1. We would like to know how to confirm the feasibility and compatibility of this change with the processor. We have also attached the datasheet for your reference.LPDDR46LQ16512B (1).pdf

Please use the AM62x DDR Register Configuration tool: https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM62x to configure the ISSI LPDDR4 (instructions are in README in the tool). This tool will generate a header file which needs to be built into your code so the driver can initialize the DDR appropriately. For functional validation, i would recommend using linux memtester or other memory stress tool and run across your expected operating temperature range.
