I am using a decoder which is based on the DM6467. The decoder gets an 720P stream (RTP/H264), decoes it and delivers it to an HDMI display (by sending the BT656 to an HDMI tramsmitter). We noticed the following - in case the video image is not "full screen" ( there are black margins in the upper side of the display as well as in the bottom), there is a video artifact in the bottom on the right side. this artifacts vanishes only in case the size of frame becomes "full screen". Does anyone have an idea of the cause?
