OMAP 3730 EHCI Controlelr and USB USB3326 PHY Interface issue:Enumeration failure

Hi I am working on USB EHCI Support  on OMAP 3730 board. When  the device  inserted in EHCI port ECHI controller is not recognizing the device insertion/removal.USB PHY reset also failing.Please review and give some pointers to continue.

Note :I verfied pin configurationa and pin configuration is as expected .
