AM6442: AM64 LPDDR Competiable

Hi team

Customer are checking with us if LPDDR4 that designed for JESD209-4C can be used for AM64.

AM64 datasheet mentioned that DDR sub-system need LPDDR4 are JESD209-4B. image.png

    Zekun, yes, LPDDR4 devices that are compliant to JESD209-4B or later are compatible to AM64x devices.  There may be new features described in JESD209-4C and future versions that are not supported, only the features described in the 4B version are supported.
