There is a application care power consumption very much as it is portable equipement. evaluate the power consumption with PET.
#1. In the PET, there is a list of Core_Voltage optoin, can it be other values besides 0.75 and 0.85 for lower CPU frequency like: 1GHz, or 600MHz power with 0.7V or 0.6xV?
#2. How to test dual core version power consumption on the quad core SK-AM62P board? just remove the rest 2 core in dts or put cpu2 and pu3 offline? will it be same as dual core version power consumptoin?

With upper command to put core 2 and core 3 are offline, only reduced ~0.1W.
with this command, although core 2 and 3 are offline, but it is still powered, is the static power still there, what is the range? will dual core version reduce this power consumption?
