As per the requirement we need to interface a EPROM (OTP) with AM3359..

Is there any recommended OTP for AM3359..

no. As AM335x has many interfaces for connecting permanent memory (SPI FLASH, NOR, NAND) we can't recommend only single devices. It also depends on pin-mux and what interfaces are really available. Price, size, etc... will have to be taken into account too I assume.

For examples of SPI and NOR FLASH you may have a look at the ICE schematics.
