Part Number: TMS320DM8168

Hi,
 
Is there a physical marking on the device that identifies the processor speed grade? Specifically, how can one differentiate between the TMS320DM8168CCYG, TMS320DM8168CCYG2, and TMS320DM8168CCYG4? I could not locate this detail in the available documentation.
