Hi Team,

Please provide the AM6202 (Two Core- AM620-Q1 ) Processor 441-pin FCBGA
(AMC) package IC IBIS model for Signal integrity simulation.

we will use LPDDR4 in design, so please provide the repective and latest IBIS model for SI simulation.
