OMAP4430 Memory selection

Hi,

I want to start with OMAP4430 platform design so I have question, what LPDDR2 memory PoP you suggest for 512MB. I saw only that PandaBoard uses Elpida chip and that chip exists in 512MB also. Is there in PoP DDR2 and NAND like for OMAP3?

Hi,

We do not have GPMC interface on top of OMAP4, so you can't pop a DDR2+NAND like OMAP3.

I think that using Elpida memory can be a good choice.

But OMAP4 supports all memory vendor.
