I have already followed the steps described in the documentation, but I still cannot see any boot logs in Minicom.

Currently, I only see the LD7 and LD2 LEDs turned on, and there is no output from the serial console.

Could you please help me understand what this LED status indicates and whether there are any additional checks I should perform?

Could you please confirm, have you gone through EVM user Guide? If no, please walk through.

Please refer to below capture from EVM user guide, LD2 and LD7 are input power LD5 & LD6 are SoC Domain power supplies.

Also, please follow the S/W SDK user guide to boot the EVM in a required boot mode.

What boot mode you are checking?

I have already reviewed the documentation. I am currently booting from an SD card, and I have successfully flashed the image onto the SD card.

However, I do not see LED5 and LED6 turning on. Because of this, I am not sure where the issue is occurring and am trying to determine the root cause.

The power supply should not be the problem, as I am using a 15V / 5A power adapter as recommended.

Could you please advise what LED5 and LED6 indicate during the boot process and what additional checks I should perform to diagnose the issue?

You were supposed to use 12V DC power supply for the EVM. Please refer to User Guide.

Also, can you please check whether SOM is placed tightly or not?

I apologize for the confusion. I am actually using a 12V / 5A power supply, not a 15V / 5A supply.

I have already checked the SoM, and it does not appear to be loose or improperly connected. However, I still do not see any output on the Minicom console.

Could there be another reason why no boot logs are being generated?

LD5 and LD6 ar supposed turn ON, which incdicates the SoC Power turn ON/OFF. If these are not tuned ON means SoC is not powered.

Can you please remove and re-connect the SOM board and check once.
