    I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question.  The TMS320C6678 is not an FPGA, and there's no FPGA source code associated with it.

    There is ability for an FPGA to interface to the DSP given that the corresponding IO's are built for the FPGA such as PCIe or SRIO, but the source code for this normally comes from the FPGA vendor as part of their libraries. 

    Can you be more specific as to what you're looking for?
